In case of migrant youth working in a city, they don’t have access to any 24X7 helpline for employment related queries. There exists a need to start thinking & integrating these & many similar challenges into the present employment skill development ecosystem. DA proposes to innovate, develop, demonstrate & deploy 'first of its kind' youth online platform for connecting employers with entry level job seeking youth and for providing it in real time, along with developing & launching a multi-touchpoint 24X7 counselling support system post placements to youth which combines virtual interactions, migrant-issues solving & physical counselling meets as per the needs to ensure low dropouts, low attrition rates post placements, and phenomenal increase in the economic & social growth of youth who undergo this programme. This shall have multiple touch-points (helpline, call center, web & mobile-app) to ensure scalability and to provide the youth using this platform ease of accessibility. It will, in a structured & phased manner, ensure that the human connect with the beneficiary continues beyond project duration.


E-learning to help you grow.

E-learning consists of interactive set of modules which help the job seekers to engage and learn aspects related to basic internet learnings; how to do savings; pre and post placements etc. The E- learning modules are specifically designed in a manner so that a candidate gets knowledge about livelihood preparedness aspects at different levels, which are:

  • Before Registration – any candidate, who lands on the portal, before even completing the registration process, will have access to basic information providing modules pertaining to the portal. This includes the digital aspects like, how to register on Bridge2Naukri portal, how to use internet, how to make email ID, how to use emails and more such topics which ultimately helps a candidate in completing the registration process.
  • After Registration – Once a candidate has completed the process of registration on Bridge2Naukri portal and has received login credentials over email and phone, they can login to their own account wherein they can have access to the complete set of learning modules. The modules which they are recommended to refer are modules related to pre-placement knowledge like interview readiness, goal setting, personality development, resume making, working ethics etc.
  • After Placement – The candidates, who are already placed, can utilise the content related to post placement like, growing in your career, opening bank account, savings, investment, work ethics, digital payments etc.
The learning material is in interactive formats like audio-visual aids, quizs etc. The videos is the Conversion of the content into digital media like videos, films, games etc.

The major topics for the content would be focussed on the following aspects:
  • Basics of the job readiness and interview readiness course
  • Courses on sector specific knowledge about the overview and the related job roles with responsibilities to be performed like Retail, BFSI, Hospitality etc.
  • Courses on communication abilities and personality development
