The Bridge2Naukri online platform i.e. website and mobile application is one of its kind and it can facilitate both the job seekers as well as employers. This online platform has special offerings for different stakeholders. The platform broadly has four different sections, which are:
a. Job Seekers Section
b. Employer Section
The online platform offers two features for the job seekers; firstly, you have access to all the active job opportunities shared by the employers in different sectors and secondly, access to learning material which is available on the website for your guidance. If you are a job seeker and willing to register on the Bridge2Naukri platform, then you get an option to register on digital platform page, wherein you need to provide some basic details post submission of which you will receive the login id and password. You can use this login id and password to access your employment account and then utilise all the services available on the portal. After the login is complete, you will have access to Internet Course Curriculum and all the active job opportunities that are posted by the employers. There is a special feature that helps the registered candidates to track their job application in any of below mentioned stages:
The job seekers will also get chat support on the mobile app and website wherein job seekers and employers can share their queries. Once job seeker/employer post a question then the backend team will address that query either through message or a call (within 24 hours). For guidance, tutorial modules on topics like registration on portal, making email account, use of internet etc. are freely available on the website, which can be accessed without registration.
The employers section of the Bridge2Naukri digital platform has some very simple and easy features which allows the employers to post their vacancies and also identify prospective candidates for a particular job profile. Any employer who is ready for registration has to land on the online portal and register. During registration the employers needs to share details of the company and the details of the contact person so that a login credential is generated for them post which the services of the portal can be utilised. Post completion of registration process, the employers can login and update their profile with information related to their organisation, sectors and job roles for which they have vacancies. They need to upload the active vacancies on the portal with proper details like; Name of company (hiring for), job role and designation, location of job, salary being offered, qualification required, last date for applying etc.
Once a candidate applies to any of the job vacancy posted by the employer, then the employer will receive their complete details along with their CVs (if shared by the candidate). The employer gets special support from the call centre/IVR team (a feature of the digital platform) in shortlisting of the candidates if they actively utilise the services of the portal. Information on this aspect is circulated to the employers after effective monitoring of their usage pattern with respect to the website and mobile application. After the vacancies are posted, the same will be flashed on the main page, along with a notification that will go to all the registered job seekers as update of new job opportunity.

Call Center (Toll Free- 011-42304614) : A backend call centre is setup to provide real time solutions to the trainees regarding apprenticeship/job opportunities available, training courses available, career counselling, job pressure, employment-related peer issues and career planning, etc. A toll-free number for these call centres is circulated amongst all the trainees through different mediums including mobile app, online advertisement, leaflets, etc.
Chat Support: Chat support allows candidates to have text-based conversations with support teams via the web. Using chat software embedded on the website, candidates can send their questions to a person who can quickly reply to them in the same small window.
Internet Course Curriculum: For bridging the Internet Knowledge Gap - Innovative 'Internet' course curriculum is developed & demonstrated to enable use of Online Platform and counselling during pre and post placement.
